|Recommended: YesGood place, needs improvement — The staff is very friendly and they always respond in a timely manner to any issues or questions you may have. The community itself is good. There's never any issues with other tenants. However, finding parking is a nightmare especially if you have little ones. Sometimes they'll be absolutely NO parking anywhere and we can't park in the handicap because your car will be towed. Also, the apartments have a laundry facility and swimming pool that just opened but it's only available Mon-Fri 8am-430 or 5PM. For people that work 8-5 and are off weekend, we can't even enjoy that. Overall, I do like living here. Like I said, certain things need improvement.

|Recommended: NoVery stinky and old smelly — I’ve been living for 4 months and the smell of the rotten wood on pretty much the whole kitchen won’t go away The bath tub is really old and it looks like they are not trying to remodel ever, maintenance staff are very helpful but can’t say same from management
